Company Description

Action K9 Sports was founded by Terry Parrish to provide a performance training facility for the owners of dogs competing in sheep herding. Terry has been a Herding Judge of AKC and AHBA trials since their inception. She judged the first all-breed herding event in the nation. Terry began herding with the Oliver Livestock Co., a working cattle ranch and began managing her own commercial flock in the 1990s. She began teaching herding full-time in 1991. Terry's own dogs have qualified for the National Finals since the beginning of the competition, as have many of her students dogs. Action K9 Sports is the home of the San Pasqual Valley Herding Club and hosts herding trials and clinics throughout the year.
