I am a certified licensed massage therapist who believes that massage is a vital part of health and wellness.

I specialize in Prenatal & Postnatal massage.

Prenatal massage is essential in making your pregnancy as enjoyable as possible, improve mom and baby’s health by reducing the negative impacts of stress on both. Help mom feel more at home and in touch with herself and her baby.

Postnatal massage can help regain pre-pregnancy shape and alignment balance. Help reduce the stresses on you as a new mom and provide much needed relaxation.

Birth Support and Doula Services are available.

It offers full partnership to the laboring couple, including physical, emotional, and informational support throughout the entire labor and delivery process
There are a variety of massage modalities tailored that I can customized to suit your needs so that you get the best results from your session. At each appointment, I will ask you about your needs and personalize a massage therapy just for you. I may incorporate a number of massage modalities suited to your needs on that day.

Swedish Massage is often referred to as the “relaxing massage.” Your Massage Heights Therapist will use light to firm pressure on a range of of long, smooth strokes, with kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles, combined with active and passive movements of the joints.

Deep Tissue Massage releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia. It is called deep tissue, because it also focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It can help reduce pain, increase range of motion, relieve muscle spasms and improve circulation.
