Serving all of San Diego County, Allegiance Heating & Air Conditioning is based out of Santee and has been family owned and operated for over 25 years. Founded in 1984 by James Rotter, the company quickly grew strictly on a referral basis, with no advertisement needed. Hard work and dedication to his clients, made him one of the top competitor in San Diego County. Survived by his wife and children, James passed away April 18th 2009. The family decided to continue Jim's journey and maintain the family business. Now Woman Owned, Sarah Rotter is the proud owner. Allegiance offers a variety of services from residential and commercial installations, replacements, service and repair. We also offer programs such as our seasonal preventative maintenance packages and yearly contracts, which has allowed us to build a first-class rapport with several different Property Management Companies in San Diego County. We offer free in-home estimates for installations and replacements, and are willing to work out a payment plan for committed projects. Allegiance also offers a no interest 30 day payment process for service and repair work when needed.
