The customer support from this company is unacceptable. They overcharge for everything and are extremely slow—or fail—to respond to inquiries. My experience, especially with Patti, was among the worst I have encountered in support services. I would not recommend this company for insurance needs. If you are looking for responsive service and fair pricing, this is not the right provider.
