As a professionally licensed massage therapist I get the chance to help people improve their quality of life. Everyone should be proactive in their health and massage is a great preventative care tool. With my clients I try to go above and beyond just the massage. I help educate people on stretching and strengthening to further improve their sessions and quality of life. Watching for postural trends and reeducating clients on proper posture is also a very important part of what I do to help ensure ailments don't worsen.
